    Set your services, business hours, time zone, and available appointment windows.

    Offer an available time

    In the planned flow, a dispatcher asks about the service call and customer, then offers an open time.

    Prepare an estimate and reminders

    The planned workflow would list the work, prepare an estimate, and set a due date. Emails would include the appointment time and estimate status.

Live call handlingNot available yet

Call answering needs a phone provider and account credentials. Until those are connected, Vyzvok won't answer calls or create customer records. The owner workspace, scheduling, estimates, invoices, and reminders aren't live yet.
